Outside the city limits. 10 (1) Individual meters: The consumption and minimum monthly 11 charges for individual metered services outside the city limits shall be corn- 12 puted in the same manner as for metered customers within the city and then 13 a surcharge of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to the charge 14 so computed to arrive at the total monthly water charge. 15 (2) Master meters: 16 a. The consumption charges for master meters outside the 17 city limits shall be computed in the same manner as for individual metered 18 services outside the city limits. 19 b. The applicable minimum monthly charge for master meters 20 outside the city limits shall be computed by adding to the appropriate sized 21 individual metered service minimum monthly charge, an additional charge of 22 One Dollar for each additional premises supplied through such master meter. 23 The total sum so computed shall constitute the minimum monthly charge with- 24 out regard to actual consumption. 25 (3) Areas served by pumping: In such areas outside the city 26 limits which shall be served by the city's Alderwood Pumping Station, the con- 27 sumption and minimum monthly charges shall be computed in the manner 28 specified for other metered customers outside the city up to a monthly consump- 29 tion of two hundred eleven thousand cubic feet. All water used monthly in 30 excess of two hundred eleven thousand cubic feet shall be paid for at the rate 31 of twelve cents per 100 cubic feet. 32 (4) Service connection charges: Service connection inst allations -7-
