9 <br /> Q <br /> 14 <br /> cl <br /> CD <br /> 1ORDINANCE NO. a 1� <br /> 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF: <br /> 8 <br /> 49th Street from Freeway Right-of-way to <br /> 4 4th Street, <br /> 5i WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the <br /> ' private property abutting upon the street above described have <br /> 6i duly filed a petition with the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett praying for vacation of said street, and, <br /> 7 <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did <br /> 8 by resolution duly adopted, fix the 25th day of April, 1968, <br /> at 9:00 a.m. of said day for the hearing and determination of <br /> 9 said petition, and, <br /> 10 WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place <br /> of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been <br /> 11 <br /> given by the City Clerk in `the manner prescribed by law, and, <br /> 12 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, <br /> objections to the vacating of the herein-described street were <br /> 13 heard and discussed, and, <br /> 14 !
