GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING STUDY <br /> TWIN CREEKS VILLAGE <br /> PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> 925, 925 '/2 A/B, C/D, E, AND <br /> 917— 112TH STREET SOUTHEAST <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> ES-5168 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> General <br /> This geotechnical engineering study (study) was prepared for the proposed residential <br /> development to be constructed north of the intersection between 112th Street Southeast and <br /> Windsong Lane in Everett, Washington. The purpose of this study was to provide geotechnical <br /> recommendations for currently proposed development plans. Our scope of services for <br /> completing this study included the following: <br /> • Completing test pits for purposes of characterizing site soil conditions; <br /> • Completing laboratory testing of representative soil samples collected at the test pit <br /> locations; <br /> • Conducting engineering analyses, and; <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> The following documents were reviewed as part of the preparation of this geotechnical <br /> engineering study: <br /> • Boundary and Topographic survey, prepared by Lovell-Sauerland & Associates, Inc., <br /> dated February 2, 2017; <br /> • Snohomish County Liquefaction Susceptibility, endorsed by the Washington State <br /> Department of Natural Resources, October 2009; <br /> • Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SMMWW), Volume Ill, <br /> prepared by the Washington State Department of Ecology, Water Quality Program, <br /> Publication No. 12-10-030, August 2012; <br /> • City of Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 19; <br /> • City of Everett Critical Area Map (Map 1); <br /> • Online Web Soil Survey (WSS) resource provided by the United States Department of <br /> Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service, and; <br /> • Geologic Map of the Everett 7.5-Minute Quadrangle, Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> by James P.
