Exhibit C <br /> Preparation and Delivery of Electronic Engineering and Other Data <br /> In this Exhibit the agency, as applicable, is to provide a description of the format and standards the consultant is <br /> to use in preparing electronic files for transmission to the agency.The format and standards to be provided may <br /> include,but are not limited to,the following: <br /> I. Surveying,Roadway Design&Plans Preparation Section <br /> A. Survey Data <br /> Horizontal control (Washington State Plane,NAD 83/91 Coordinates,North Zone.)and vertical control <br /> (NAVD88) shall be established from City control monument. Comply with City of Everett Surveying and <br /> CADD standards. AutoCAD basemap: spot elevations of hard surfaces on a separate layer, show invert <br /> elevations,ID dimension and pipe material of storm drain pipes, sanitary sewers,catch basins &manholes. <br /> B. Roadway Design Files <br /> C. Computer Aided Drafting Files <br /> AutoCAD files of the design submittals,bid documents,and record drawings. <br /> D. Specify the Agency's Right to Review Product with the Consultant <br /> Agency to review design submittals with consultant. <br /> E. Specify the Electronic Deliverables to Be Provided to the Agency <br /> KPFF to provide electronic documents as pdf and source files(Word,Excel,AutoCAD)for deliverables. <br /> AutoCAD Electronic file of engineering Basemap using City of Everett CADD standards. <br /> ASCII point file containing: point number,northing, easting,elevation, and description. <br /> Land XML and Civil 3D files <br /> F.
