Washington State <br /> WI Department of Transportation Memorandum <br /> March 28, 2014 <br /> TO: Erik Jonson, WSDOT Contracts Administrator <br /> MS 47323 <br /> FROM: Martha Roach, Agreement Compliance Audit Manager <br /> SUBJECT: KPFF Indirect Cost Rate for fiscal year end April 30, 2013 <br /> We accept the work performed by Clark Nuber related to the Indirect Cost Rate schedule <br /> for the above referenced fiscal year for KPFF. <br /> Based on the work performed by the CPA, we are issuing this memo establishing <br /> KPFF'S Indirect Cost Rate for fiscal year ending April 30, 2013, as follows: <br /> Home Rate— 136.59% of direct labor(includes FCCM of 0.11%) <br /> Field Rate—94.72% of direct labor(includes FCCM of 0.02%) <br /> Please use the field rate for applicable agreements. Costs billed to agreements will still <br /> be subject to audit of actual costs, based on the terms and conditions of the respective <br /> agreement. <br /> This was not a cognizant review.
