iz <br /> EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7412 <br /> A RESOLUTION surplusing timber and authorizing the City Clerk to begin advertising the <br /> Chaplain Gap Timber Sale #124-10 and call for bids for this timber sale, as required in Ordinance <br /> No. 1741-90. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> 1. under the Lake Chaplain Tract Land Management Off-License Agreement between the <br /> Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish <br /> County and the City of Everett, the City was required to develop the Lake Chaplain Tract <br /> Wildlife Habitat Management Plan (LCT-WHMP); and <br /> 2. the required LCT-WHMP, in consultation with the Washington Department of Fish and <br /> Wildlife and Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County, was completed March <br /> 2012; and <br /> 3. the LCT-WHMP was modified by the Safe Harbor/Cooperative Habitat Enhancement <br /> Agreements between the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Washington State <br /> Department of Natural Resources and the City of Everett; and <br /> 4. Ordinance No. 1741-90 establishing the procedures for selling timber was approved on <br /> October 10, 1990; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That the timber in the Chaplain Gap Timber Sale #124-10 as described in the Notice of Timber <br /> Sale is declared surplus and the City Clerk is authorized to advertise a call for bids on the <br /> Chaplain Gap Timber Sale #124-10 as required in Ordinance No. 1741-90. <br /> I • <br /> , : . oit__________— <br /> Cou. ii Person 1 oducing Resolution <br />
