Please accept this letter <br /> as notice to extend the current ILA until Dec. 31, 2020. <br /> 2) CONTRIBUTION RATES <br /> Section 1.2 of amendment No. 1 to the ILA also allows for revised funding contribution rates <br /> described in Exhibit C, by providing written notice to each of the participating jurisdictions by <br /> no later than September 30 of each year.
