.■ Microsoft Volume Licensing Amendment to Contract Documents Enrollment Number 80384624 AI KEN EverettRebill This amendment("Amendment") is entered into between the parties identified on the attached program signature form. It amends the Enrollment or Agreement identified above. All terms used but not defined in this Amendment will have the same meanings provided in that Enrollment or Agreement. Enterprise Enrollment Amendment ID CTM Background: Customer completed a Change of Channel Partner (COOP) after their Year 1 anniversary. Upon entering Year 2 a Revised CPS (ID 0718425.003)was processed which credited the initial Year 1 invoice to the previous LSP of record, En Pointe Technologies, but rebilled the Year 1 invoice to SHI International Corp., in error. This amendment shall rebill the Year 1 invoice to En Pointe Technologies who was the LSP of record at the time of the original invoice issuance. Rebill: 1. The following invoice shall be rebilled as follows a. Invoice#9876877993, dated April 16th, 2018, on Purchase Order Number 6405221 R on Enterprise Enrollment#80384624. b. Years 2 and 3 on this order are to be set to history since they will be billed to the new LSP of record, SHI International Corp. Except for changes made by this Amendment, the Enrollment or Agreement identified above remains unchanged and in full force and effect. If there is any conflict between any provision in this Amendment and any provision in the Enrollment or Agreement identified above, this Amendment shall control.
