• <br /> • •. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ,S <br /> AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST AND <br /> ZONING CERTAIN AREAS ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF EVERETT; <br /> SUPPLEMENTING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EVERETT AS <br /> PROVIDED FOR IN EVERETT CITY CODE 15. 04, ENTITLED: <br /> An ordinance regulating and restricting the location and <br /> use of buildings and land within the City of Everett; <br /> limiting the heighth of buildings; prescribing building <br /> lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing <br /> for the division of the City into use zones; creating a <br /> Board of Adjustment; and providing for penalties for <br /> violation of the ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Everett, upon the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has <br /> determined that the zoning of the area annexed to the City and hereinafter <br /> described should be made and is in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of <br /> Land Use for the City of Everett, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does <br /> hereby declare that an emergency does exist and the property hereinafter <br /> described to be zoned for use as hereinafter described, and that the <br /> accompanying map of said property is hereby adopted as a part of the <br /> Comprehensive Land Use Plan and a supplement to the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as established by Section 4, Ordinance No. 3572 <br /> (Everett City Code 15. 04. 040) as above outlined. <br /> R - 3 MULTIPLE FAMILY LOW DENSITY RESIDENCE ZONE <br /> NW- 1/4 of the NE-1/4 lying Westerly of P. S. H. No. 1 (also known as Inter- <br /> state Highway No. 5), all in Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 E. W.
