<br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map pf the City of '
<br /> 3Everett; as provided by Ordinance No . 3572 of the City of ,Everett ,
<br /> also known as Everett City Code 15 .04.040, entitled: "An Ordi-
<br /> 4 . - nance regulating and restricting the location and. use of build-.
<br /> ings and land within the City of Everett; limiting the height
<br /> 51 of buildings; prescribing building lines and size of yard and •
<br /> i other open spaces; providing for the division of the City into
<br /> 6l use zones; crea ting a Board of Adjustments; and providing for
<br /> . 1 penalties for violation of the Ordinance . "

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon
<br /> 8 the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
<br /> Everett, has determined the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use should
<br /> • 9 be amended; that the area hereinafter described 'should be rezoned
<br /> and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Comprehensive ' Plan
<br /> 10 of Land Use for the City of Everett .
<br /> 11I NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> SECTION l: That the City Council of the City of:-
<br /> 121 Everett does hereby concur in the findings of the Planning Commis
<br /> i sion and does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forth
<br /> 3 ?':. are for the best interests of the City of Everett, and do hereby
<br /> 141 amend the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the City of Everett
<br /> y to provide for the changes as hereinafter set forth.
<br /> 15 1SECTION 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett,
<br /> • x.611 as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known
<br /> as Everett City Code 15 ,04.040, is hereby amended as follows :
<br /> All of Lots 3 through 16, _and the South "20 feet-
<br /> 18 of Lot 2, Block 1 ., Plat of Terrace Addition
<br /> 9f

<br /> 201 be rezoned from R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone,
<br /> to B-2, Community Shopping Zone .
<br /> 21 SECTION 3 : That the official Comprehensive Plan pf
<br /> 22 ' Land Use arid—the zone map shall, upon the passage of this Ordi-
<br /> nance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided,
<br /> 23 4� and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the
<br /> zone in which the same is now established, as provided by Ordi-
<br /> nance '3572 of the City of Everett, also known as Everett City
<br /> 24 Code 15 .04.040, as amended.
