Two complele sets o( construction plans (per the building permit application submittal <br /> tor 'New Commercial and Multi-Famlly', 'Tenant Improvement', or 'Residential' wh(ch <br /> meet WA State RCW 64.55 requfrements for building enciosure cerlHications; <br /> 4. Completed Perm(t Application; <br /> 5. Plan check fee as applicable; and, <br /> 6. These documenls should be <br /> submiUed prior Io Ihe starl of ne� construction ur rehabilita�ive construciion. <br /> B. Buitding enclosure design doc��ments must contain a slamped statement by Ihe Washington <br /> Stale licensed architect or engineer in substantially ihe following !orm: "The undersigned has <br /> provided building enclosurr, documenls thal in my professional judgment are appropriale to <br /> ;a�isfy ihe �equiremenls o! RCW G4.55.005 through 64.55.090." <br /> II.
