DECLARATION Ot NON-SIGYIFI��E <br />Description of Proposal <br />The proposeti action is the issuance of building permita to allow construcCion <br />of a 16,000 square foot commercial building, a 8,500 square ioet wareliouse, <br />and a future last foods building which may be constructed in 1978. The <br />following Eactors were considered prior to making a preliminary decision <br />ott this proposal: <br />1 <br />2 <br />The existing Broadway Cutoff Apartments will be removed climinating <br />approximately 20 low-income housing units. <br />The site will be graded to the adjacent street levels. <br />3. Access to the site will be provided off 7th Street. <br />4.
