I <br />talked to Kirk Brooks at the City of Everett and he believed it would be possible to run the drainage <br />lines under the buiiding as long as the pipe was ductile iron. <br />In accordance with the City of Everett drainage design standards, as long as you are not creating or <br />adding 5,000 s.f. of impervious area, no retention or water quality measures sre required. Based on <br />the proposed site plan you are proposing to add 4,644 s.f. of new impervious area. This does not <br />inciude the existing gravel area as impervious. As such the attached engineering addresses flow <br />capaciry only.
