All requiremenls are prciimi;iary in nature, and are based upon <br /> the preliminaiy site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEP�4 review. The proposal <br /> must comply w�th all ordinances in effect at the time a complete building parmit application is flfed, <br /> including those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For vesting unrler the �oning Code, <br /> please refer to Section 44 oF the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning Department for iniormation regardin� <br /> appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br /> 1. A building permit is required fcir the instailation of the approved biliboard or site. <br /> 2. The proposed biliboard structure musi be setback a minimum of 5 feet from the fronl (western) property <br /> line. Compliance with the standards established in EMC Section 16 shall be met prior to building permit <br /> approval. <br /> 3. A landscape ring at least three feet in all directions shall be placed around the base of the biliboard. <br /> 4. The maximum height of the biliboard shall not exceed :?5 feet ahove street grade. <br /> 5. Any light source provided on site shall be screered so as not to adversely atiect surrounding or facing <br /> properties, or vehicles meving on adjacent public or private roads. <br /> ✓� <br />
