AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF 32ND STREET FROM HILL t V ,, TO CEDAR STREET AND A PORTION OF SPRUCE STREET N' WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted a Resolution of Intention • vel \ to vacate a portion of streets hereinafter set forth and did fix the C4 29th day of March, 1967, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. , as the date for hearing on said Resolution of Intention, and r4 WHEREAS, due and legal notice was given of the time and place of hearing, and, WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, objections to vacating said hereinafter described streets were heard and discussed, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION Li That the following portion of 32nd Street, from Hill Avenue to Cedar Street be vacated: Portion of 32nd Street from Hill Avenue to Cedar Street as follows: Begin at the NS corner of 61k 756, Everett Land Co. First Add; thence N17°40' west along the Nly production of the west line of said Blk 756 for 27.48 ft.; the N84'50'20" east 153.64 ft. to the point of inter— section of the centerline of 32nd St. and the centerline of Spruce St. ; th N17"40west along the centerline of Spruce St. as originallyplatted for 41.98 ft. to the N line of 32nd St. ; th east along the north line of 32nd St. for 183.78 ft. m/1 to the SE corner of Elk 748, Everett Land Co.
