<br /> 3 ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 681 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF:
<br /> 4 OCEAN AVENUE: From the existing manhole near the
<br /> south line of Block 1, Shore Acres
<br /> Add . south to 56th St . , S .W. , in Bridle
<br /> 5 Park;
<br /> 6 33RD AVENUE, W. : From the existing manhole near the
<br /> north line of Lot 30, Block 2, Bridle
<br /> 7 Park, south, to 56th Street, S .W. ;
<br /> SOUND AVENUE: From the existing manhole near north
<br /> 8 line of Lot 7, Block 1, Bridle Park,
<br /> southerly, westerly, and northerly, to the
<br /> 9 end of Avenue;
<br /> 52ND PLACE, S .W. : From easterly line of Lot 13, Block 3
<br /> 10 Bridle Park east to its dead end terminus;
<br /> 54TH STREET, S .W. : From 33rd Avenue, West to Ocean
<br /> 11 Avenue;
<br /> 56TH STREET, S .W. : From Sound Avenue to Ocean Avenue;
<br /> 12 51ST PLACE, S.W. : From Ocean Avenue, East to its easterly
<br /> terminus;
<br /> 13 by the construction of sanitary sewers together with the necessary
<br /> 14 appurtenances, and doing such other work as may be necessary in
<br /> connection therewith, to make a complete improvement, all in accord-
<br /> ance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and in accord-
<br /> ance with Ordinance No . 4145 of the City of Everett, levying an
<br /> 16 assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and
<br /> parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing
<br /> 17 for the issuance ob bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue
<br /> thereof .
<br /> 18 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> 19 SECTION 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of
<br /> 20 Local Improvement District No . 681 for the improvement of:
<br /> 21 OCEAN AVENUE: From the existing manhole near the South
<br /> line of Block 1, Shore Acres Add. south to 56th Street, S . W. in
<br /> 22 Bridle Park:
<br /> 33RD AVENUE, W. : From the existing manhole near the
<br /> 23 north line of Lot 30, Block 2, Bridle Park, south to 56th Street, S .W.
<br /> SOUND AVENUE: From the existing manhole near north line
<br /> 24 of Lot 7, Block 1, Bridle Park, southerly, westerly, and northerly
<br /> to the end of Avenue;
<br /> 25 52ND PLACE, S .W. : From easterly line of Lot 13, Block 3
<br /> Bridle Park east to its dead end terminus;
<br /> 28 54TH STREET, S .W. : From 33rd Avenue, West to Ocean Avenue;
<br /> 56TH STREET, S.W. : From Sound Avenue to Ocean Avenue;
<br /> 27 51ST PLACE, S .W. : From Ocean Avenue, East to its easterly
