<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the
<br /> recomxngndati_on of the Planning Co 4nission of the City of Everett,' has }
<br /> determined the Comprehensive Plan omI Land Use slioul"c be staletietbailittirr4 „,,

<br /> the area hereinafter described should be rezoned and such rezoning will be
<br /> in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:

<br /> Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby
<br /> find that the charges hereinafter set forth are for the best interests of the
<br /> City of Everett, and do hereby amend the Comprehensive Plan of•L,and Use _
<br /> of the City of Everett to provide for the changes as hereinafter spet forth
<br /> Section 2. Thatthe zone map of the City of Everett, as established
<br /> ,-
<br /> by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City Code
<br /> 15. 04. 040 is hereby amended as follows:

<br /> Section 3. That the official Comprehensive Plan of Land Use and the
<br /> zone map shall, upon the passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, h1
<br /> as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in ,
<br /> accordance with the zone in which the same is now established, all as provided
<br /> by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also known as Everett City Code
<br /> e.15. 04. 040 as amended.
