(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,148,894.66 for the period ending April 25, 2020. (3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Easement from the City of Everett to U.S. Golden Eagle Farms, LP. (4) Adopt Resolution declaring a 2009 John Deere 7130 Tractor and 2010 Tiger Saber Mower Arm surplus and authoring sale at public auction. (5) Adopt Resolution declaring a 2009 Amphib-Marine Vanguard Hovercraft and 2012 Trailer surplus and authoring sale at public auction.
