ORDINANCE NO. 4005. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 671, for the improvement of: BROADWAY from39th Street to its intersection with U. ,S. Highway 99 North, north of 12th Street, by the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric Lighting System. Said system to include new aluminum poles on concrete foundations and underground wiring, +� and including all incidental material and work neces- sary for a complete improvement, and U. S. HIGHWAY 99 NORTH from Broadway to the existing street lights on the Walnut Street Interchange by the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric Lighting System. Said system to include new aluminum poles on concrete foundations and underground wiring, and including all incidental material and work neces- sary for a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3932 of the City of Everett . NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Ei Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 671 for the improvement of: BROADWAY from 39th Street to its intersection with U. S. Highway 99 North, north of 12th Street by the irs tallation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric Lighting System. Said system to include new aluminum poles on concrete foundations and underground wiring, and including all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement, and U. S. HIGHWAY 99 NORTH from Boardway to the existing street lights on the Walnut Street Interchange by the installation of a Mercury Vapor Street Electric Lighting System. Said system to include new aluminum poles on concrete • foundations and underground wiring, and including all incidental material and work necessary for a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3932 of the City of Everett, as g. the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things ' approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 16th day of June , 196 4 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement.
