The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council sae held Dec.29th,1913.at 10:30 A.M. <br /> with Mayor Christenson in the Chair and all Commia- <br /> eloners present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes were approved as of record <br /> Moved by Eroneck,seconded by Thompson:That <br /> the following applications for renewal of liquor li- <br /> tensee be granted and bonds approved: <br /> J.L.Crawford <br /> M.A.Zaephel <br /> C.S.Cook <br /> Complaint of Chief of Police against liquor <br /> dealers selling intoxicating liquor to C.W.Tallman <br /> was accepted and filed <br /> Resolution#2036-By Thompson <br /> WHEREAS,W.A.Loomis,Chief of Police,has <br /> heretofore filed with the City Clerk a notice direct- <br /> ed to the City Clerk stating that he objects to liquor y <br /> dealers In the city of Everett selling intoxicating �i <br /> liquor to C.W.Tallman;and, 1 <br /> WHEREAS,said notice is accompanied by an af- <br /> flaavit of H.J.Tallman,and said affidavit shows that <br /> the said C.W.Tallman is now and hae been for some time <br /> past an excessive user of Intoxicating liquor;and. <br /> WHEREAS,the city Council deem.that the proof <br /> submitted Se sufficient to show that the said C.W. <br /> Tallman Is an exceseive noel of intoxicating liquor; <br /> 1 <br />
