The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held Sept 10th.1914 at 10:30 A.L. <br /> with Mayor Clay in the Chair and Commissioners Clay. <br /> Kelly and Salter present at troll tali. <br /> On motion minutes were approved as of record. <br /> Mmved by Kelly.seconded by Salter that the <br /> monthly report of the City treasurer for August,1914, <br /> be accepted and filed.
