The regular Administrative Session <br /> of the city Council was held October Stn,1914,at <br /> 10:30 A.M.with Mayor Clay in the Chair and Com- <br /> missioners Clay,Kelly and Salter present at roll <br /> call. <br /> On motion minutes were approved as of <br /> record. <br /> loved by Clay ant seconded by Salter that <br /> T.H.Brownell be granted an alley crossing at rear <br /> of Brownell Building near the Southeast earner of <br /> Hewitt and Hoyt Avenues;eald P.H.Brownell to in- <br /> stall same at h10 own erpenee. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Monet by Salter that Tlmber.Workera be <br /> granted the lee <br /> of the street at Rockefeller and <br /> Hewitt/Marine for street speaking. <br /> Motion lost for want of second. <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 10:50 A.M. <br /> City Clerk. <br /> 1 <br />
