1003 <br /> The regular Administrative Session <br /> of the City Council was held February 21,1916,at <br /> 10:30 A.M.with Mayor Merrill.in the Chair and <br /> Commissioners.Merrill,Kelly and Clay present at <br /> roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of <br /> record.. <br /> Resolution 80.2331-by Clay <br /> WHIMF00,the City Treasurer has Iiled <br /> his report with the City Council on Local Improvement <br /> Districts Nos.205.256 and 260,snowing that there <br /> are certain delinquent and unpaid assessments that <br /> have been delinquent and unpaid for a period of one <br /> :.. year or more,now therefore, <br /> 11E IT RESOLVED MY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> TME CITY OF EVERETT,Tnat the City Clerk be,and he 1s <br /> hereby authorized to issue a warrant of sale to the <br /> City Treasurer directing the City Treasurer to sell <br /> the property described in the assessment roll or said <br /> local improvement district.on which there are de- <br /> linquent and unpaid assessments,said property to be <br /> sold in the manner provided by Ordinance No.1439 of <br /> the city or Everett,as amended by Ordinance No.1550 <br /> of said city. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 10:50 <br /> City C1erE <br />
