Resolution no.2565-by slay BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C00YCIh 0y THE CITY OF 1000606:'that it is the intention of the city council to order the improvement of Morton Avenue ext rasion from the north end of the trestle now conetructed on said Morten Ave. Extension to a point 171.76 feet northeast of the lntereectien of the east line of Section 7,'Township 29 e.mange 5,1.5.m. with the west line of the northern paclfio tamely uompany'e right-of-way produced by the complete 9onetruttlon of a pile trestle and roadway therein and doing such other wort as may . be necessary in conneotion therewith;all in s000rdance with plana to be prepared by the city Engineer. 2.
