Resolution No.0373-by•i111ms HE IT REVOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVEIETT:- That 1t is the intention of the City Cound.l to order the improvement of Virginia Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Twenty- fifth Street.by removal of old lumber,grading for and oons3ruct- ion if concrete 0010.lks,and doing ell other work nsoessary in oonneotion therewith all in s000rdaooe with plane to be prepared by the City Engineer. 9.That all persons wbc may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meet- ing of the City 00uno11 t0 be ball 1n the Council Chamber int he City of Everett at 10:30 o'Ilook A.Y,on the 4th day of Auguet,1900 which time and place are hereby fired for hearing all utters relating to said proposed improvement and all ebjeotions thereto and for deter- mining the method of payment for the improvezent. 3,That the Commissioner of Public Work.shall submit to the City Council at or prior to said date,all data and information required by law to be euhmitted. 4.That the cost and expense of 11611 ie0000e0ent.hall be borne by.0........0 against the property liable therefor as pro-
