The regular Adminletrative Sep10n of the City Council was held September Mrd,1920,at 10:30 A.2.with Savor Clay in the Chair,and Commissioners Turner and 21111amm present at roll 0111, On motion minutes approved as of reoord. Moved by Turner,seconded by Williams that the Superintendent of the Water Department I.hereby authorised to make the necessary repair.to the Soltan River Pipe Line at the Snohomish River crossing. Carried Unanimously. -1111 Resolution No.2796-by Wi111eme BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OP EVERETT:— That it 1st he intention of the City Counoll to order the improvement of Norton Ave.Ertenelon from the south line of 2201 St.north to the south line of the 14th St.Cook by remora].03 old lumber,redeokbng and repairing of handrail:also from the seat .end of the 22nd Bt.overhead...sing to the south line of the 14th Bt.Dock by replacing cape and etringere where necessary and doing - such other work as may be...sky therewith,all in accordance with - plane to be prepared by the City Engineer, 2:That all persons who may desire to object therto are hereby D tified to appear and present such objedtlone at a meeting of the City Council,to be held in the Counoll Chamber 1n tho City of Brevet at 10:30 o'clock A.M.on the abet day of September.1920 which time and place are hereby fired for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement all all objections thereto and for determining I the method of payment for the improvement. 3:That the Commissioner of Publlo Works shall submit i to the City Counoll,at or prior to said date,all data and information required by law to be submitted. 4:That It Is propoeed to oreata an enlarged district and that the property within tve enlarged dletrlct be divided into a direct benefit district and an Sndlre0t benefit district.laid enlarged
