Moved by Williams,eenonded by Clay that the deed for the 8.8 ft.of Lot 4,Moak 1 Norman,•Addition to Everett for a rubble alley Is hereby acoepted, Carried Unanimously. Resolution 80.0807-by Williams BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01,800000T: That it is the intention of tee City 0020011 to order the improvement of the alley between V:rglnla Avenue even Rainier Avenue from the south line of 18th Street to the north line of Bloc1 314,Remington s ESrst Addition by the complete oon- strmetlou of a sewer and necessary rppmrtenanoes,and dding 011 other work necessary in connection therewith,all in accordance with plane to be prepared by the City Engineer. 0:That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objeotione at a meeting of the}Sty Council to be held in the Couno51 Chamber 1n the City of Everett at 10:30 A.M.on the 9th day of November, 1920,which time and oleos are hereby fired for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement and all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment for the Improvement. 3:That the Commissioner of Rohllo Works shall submit to the City Council at or prior to said data,all data and information required by law to be submitted. 4:That the cost ane expense of said improvement shell be borne by and assessed against the pro-erty liable therefor
