The regular Administrative Session of the City <br /> Council was held April 4th,1921 et 10:30 A.N.with Mayor Clay <br /> in the Chair,and CommiesOonors Turner and Williams present at <br /> roll Dell, <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> Moved by Williams,seconded by Clay that the <br /> • <br /> following bills are hereby allowed and ordered paid. <br /> Sohn Crawford $16.20 <br /> L.W.Swain $10.00 <br /> 3.Cooper I 4.20 • <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Reealution No..2846-by Williams <br /> Whereas,the City Treasurer hae filed hie reverts <br /> with the City Clerk on Local Improvement District Moe.309 and 327 <br /> shoring that there are pertain delinquent and unpaid assessments that <br /> have been delinquent and unpaid for a period of two years now there- <br /> fore, <br /> 2E IT RESOLVED BY TNN CITY 000WICL OF EVERETT:_ <br /> That the City Clerk be,and be is hereby author- <br /> ized to issue a warrent of sale to the City Treasurer to sell the <br /> property described in the assessment roll of said Loaal Improvement <br /> Dietriote On which there are delinquent and unpaid assessments,slid <br /> property to be sold in the manner'provided by law. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 10:45 A,M. <br /> Louie Leah, <br /> City Clerk. <br />
