Moved by William.,seconded by Turner that the City Engineer's final estimate in L.I.D.No.364,is hereby aoprov- j ed and the Contract formally aooepted by the pity as complying with .519 the arovisions of the contrast. Carried Unanimously. Moved by Williams,eeoonded by Turner that the assessment roll in L.I.D.No.364 Ic hereby aooepted and ordered placed �' n ile ,and the City Clerk instxuoted to set a date of hearing on same.
