The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held July 11th,1921,at 10:30 A..M.with Mayor Clay <br /> in the Chair,and Commiseioners Turner and Williams present at roll <br /> call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> Moved by Clay,seconded by Turner that the <br /> report of the City Treasurer for the month of June 1921,is hereby <br /> approved and ordered placed on file. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Moved by Turner,seconded by Williams that <br /> the communication from the Carpenter's Union re,employment of Build_ <br /> ins and Plumbing inepeotors is hereby ordered placed on file. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Moved by Williams,seconded by Turner that the <br /> tam on the roadway at the reservoir in the sum of$11.89 is hereby all- <br /> owed and ordered paid,and the matter given to the City Attorney for <br /> y.. posm b11 sty of obtaining reimbursement. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Resolution No.2863-by Turner, <br /> BE IT REGI byoo BY THE CITY COUCIL OF eta yTTt- <br /> • That all claims for the month of June 1921 having <br /> been audited be and the same are hereby allowed and ordered paid and the <br /> Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised to issue warrants on the Droner <br /> funds in payment of the same. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Following is a list of bills allowed: <br /> N J.
