Moved by Turner,seconded by NSlw.Sema that the bill of E.B.Hall in the sum of 941.75 le hereby allowed and. ordered paid, Carried Unanlmouely, r' Resolution No.2885-by eilhiame "AIMS,the City Treasurer has filed his reports with the City Clerk on Looal Improvement DSetriots Nos. 999,348,979,305,339;and 337 showing that there are certain delinquent and unpaid assessments that have been delinquent and unpaid for a period of two years,now therefore, BE IT BEBILVEE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERET0:_ That the City Clerk be,and he is hereby authorised to issue a*arrant of sale to the City Treasurer to sell the propertydeecribed in the assessment roll of said Local improve- ment Districts on which there are certain delinquent and unpaid assessmen s,said property to be sold in the manner provided by Saw, Carried Unanimously.
