Moved by Turner,seconded by Willieme that the \--Mayor and City Cleft are hereby authorized toexecute on behalf of the City of Everett certain agreements covering the maintenance of collect crossings with Wm.Webb,Peter Webb and 0.T.Webb and that the eta of $100.00 to eaot of Bald parties the same being stipulated in said agreement is hereby allowed and ordered paid. Carried Unanimously. Moved by W1111ams,seconded by Turner that the City Clark is hereby authorized to sent the old Everett Avenue bridge site to F.H.Kenton at the rate of 1555.00 per year,subject to provisions of the ordinances of the City of Everett.
