Resbluticn No.3999-by Clay WHEREAS the City Counoll of the City of Chicago has adopted a resolution advocating the amendment of the law under the Fed, sial Prohibition lot to the extent of permitting the Bale and manufacture 0f wholeeome beers and light wines and oolleot ing revonuee therefrom for the payment of bonuses to ex-service men,end is sending conies of such resolution to all Cities of 25,000 population and over requesting similar enactment,oft heed and is sending copies to the president of the U.B.
