'{ .:CJJIl <br /> The regular Administrative Session of the C <br /> City Council was held March 17th,1993,at 10:30 A.9.with Mayor <br /> Clay in the Chair,and Commissioners Turner and W11110me present at <br /> roll call. <br /> On motion minsites approved as of record. 1 <br /> Waved by Williams,seconded by Turner that <br /> the Maros and City Clerk are hereby authorised to execute en behalf <br /> of the City of Everett an agreement with John A.Carlson relative to <br /> \_/the pipe line crossing on lends of maid Carlson,and the payment of <br /> $100.00 ae oonsideration is hereby authorized and ordered paid. <br /> Carried Unenimouely. <br /> Moved by Williams,seconded by Turner that <br /> the hearing on the proposed vacation of 13th Street neat of the <br /> W.P.fly,Co's right-of-way 1e hereby ordered postponeduntil 10:30 <br /> A,M.March loud,1883. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Moved by Turner,eeoonded by Williams <br /> that the purchase of 6 cushion tires for the Eire Department 1e <br /> hereby authorised at a oast of not over$06,00 per tire. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> :loved by Williams,seconded by Turner that <br /> the report of final estimate in G.I.D.No.374 is hereby approved <br /> and the aeeesement roll accepted. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Resolution R0,0908-by Clay <br /> HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COCWCIL OF Eymmai: <br /> That the City of Everett w111 0oncur in any <br /> power development on the Sultan River which dorm not constitute a <br /> waiver or impairment or 1n any way interfere with the city's vested <br /> rights in and rayon the waters of the same,but will not concur in <br /> any power development that constitutes mon waiver.But,on the other <br /> end,St will insist upon and urge such rights to the last. <br />
