The regular Administrative Session of the <br /> City Council was held April 19th,1823,at 10130 A.M.with Mayor <br /> Clay in the Chair,and Commisaloners Turner and Williams preseet at <br /> roll pall. <br /> Minutes of April 18th read and approved ae <br /> of record. <br /> • <br /> Moved by Turner,seconded by Williams that <br /> certain lands and easements between Reservoir to.1 and 2 be puroh- <br />' aped from the Everett Improvement Company,at the agreed price of <br /> !800,00,and a warrant 1n said sum authorized. <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> Moved by Williams,senonded by Turner that <br /> the City Engineer be and hereby is inatruitod to lay plans before <br /> the Council providing for the establishment of the grade of 35th 8t. <br /> between Federal and fylal'Sp0venue, <br /> Carried Unanimously. <br /> On motion Council adjourned at 11120 A.M; <br /> • OF <br /> .ty er <br />
