That the City Cle_]c of said City be and he is hereby directed to <br /> ascertain and transmit to the Council at once,a list of al c ncts <br /> within the City of Everett wnerein more than three hundred(300)votes were <br /> haat at the last g neral election. <br /> 2. That upon the filing of said list of precincts with the City <br /> Council,the Council will proceed forthwith to divide said precincts in <br /> the manner provided by law and in such manner that the n note formed <br /> thereof shall each contain not to exceed two hundred,flftys(250)electors. <br /> 3.
