The Regular Adminietrative Session of the City Council was held o April 16th.1930,10-30 A.Y..Mayor:Martin in the Chair,Commissioner Rasmussen present,Commissioner Reinertsen absent at roll.call. Mlnutea of April 15th.1930 reed and approved as of record. Moved by Ramusaen,seconded by Martin,that the Miwanie Club be granted a permit to erect two sign on the State.Highway.enteringand leaving the City.at ouch points as not to interfere with the use of the street. - Carried. Moved by Ra®uaeen.seconded by Martin,that the propoeltion and agreement submitted by the Puget Sound Pulp&Timber Co.,as o0ntained in their letter of April 18th,1930,as quoted below,be accepted by the City and the City Clerk be directed to notify the pulp company of such aCaept once. • • April 18th,19$0. The pulp company has so far advanoed its construot- Son schedule that it will now be ready to take delivery of water in vanoe of the date fixed 1n its Contract with the City,and will,in all probability require water from the City main.,in increasing quantities, commencing between June let and June 15th. we will,therefore,at tale time,make a request upon the City of Hverett.as follows: That commencing between June let and June 15th,1930,it will fur- nieh.water to the pulp coapany from its present distribution eyetem in such quantities as the City may be able to spare after first taking care of the normal needs of the City.
