Ng IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP EVRRITT,WASHINGTON That it le the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of the Norton Avenue Extermion from,.point 14 feet more or lees north of 20th Street to 14th Street by the removal of old lumber,construction of I oomplete new treetle bridge including eXtra Piling le neee•serY for future use in bulkhead construction;and doing all other work neoeseary "-to make a complete Improvement;also net:teems,water main change,all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer. 410".1 2. That all persons who may desire to_objeot thereto are hereby notified to appeal and preeent such objections at a meeting of the City Council to to be held in the Council.Chamher in the City of leveret*,at 10-30 O'clock A.M.,on the 6th day of Deoember,1930,which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all matter.relating to said proposed improvement and all objeotione thereto and for determining the method of payment for the im- provement. 3.
