<br /> Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Bverett,Washington:-
<br /> That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement
<br /> 0,Cake.Aver...,from 13th Street to 16th Street,by grading to proper grade,con-
<br /> struction of cement ourbs,construstion of 6°Portland oement pavement,30,wide,
<br /> installation of necessary drainege, we,er Amin ehBAE... d°A.B
<br /> all other work neceesery In connection therewith,all in accordance with plans to be
<br /> orehased by the Ci.tY Engineer.
<br /> 2. That all pexmone who may deeire to object thereto are hereby noti
<br /> fied to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be
<br /> held In the Council Chamber in the City of Everett,at 10.30 0.clook A.M.,on the
<br /> 25th day of October,1933,which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all .
