Temple for damages on Cal.. if the proper claim is presented through the City <br />AttorneY, Carried unanimously. <br />Moved by Ericson, seconded by Costello, to adopt Resolution No. <br />3030, as follows: RESOLUTION ro. 3830. <br />HE IT RESOLVED BY TKE CITY COUNCIL 02 THE CITY OF EVERETT: <br />That all claims against the City of EVerett for the month of <br />February, 1934, having been audited, be, and the same hereby <br />are, approved and ordered paid, and the Mayor and the City <br />Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to issue warrants <br />upon the proper funds in payment of the same.
