Wriczon present at roll call,Mayor Edwards absent. <br /> minutes of April 20th,1934 read and approved as of record. <br /> Mored by Costello,eeconded by.Ericson,that the following refund be <br /> made,same being the unused portion of a beer license, ,. <br /> M.E.Meyers,beer parlor,3504 Everett Avenue. <br /> Carried.. <br /> moved by Ericson,seconded by Costello,that Resolution No.3846 be <br /> adopted a'full*'', <br /> • RESOLUTION No.3846. <br /> Be it Received by the City Council of e City of Everett, <br /> That the water arrears pe. +11 for April 20th,1934,having been audit- <br /> ed, <br /> be,and the same hereby is allowed..,d paid,and the Mayorand the City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directedo issue warrants upon the proper fwd in payment 6 <br /> Of the same,the.taunt being'1,046,82 .• ° <br /> Carried.05/ <br /> --- <br /> Moved by Costello,seconded by Ericson,that the General Petiole® <br /> Corporation be authorized to Cut the curb for a distance of 30 feet,instead of <br /> 42.3 feet,as requested,and the City Engineer was instructed to notify them of <br /> Came. bP/ <br /> Carried.
