The Regular administrative Session of the City Council was held karch 29th,1937,at 10 am,Mayor Edwards in the Chair,Commissioners Spencer and Williams present at roll call. abates of March 26th,1937 reed and approved as of record. --- Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams that Council grant permit IS to Ed keith to hang a neon sign at 2710 Everett ave. Carried unanimously. --- Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards that the Council approve change In Norton AVe,bulkhead project as follows: 4 "Norton..30 Pile 1.Titter Blkhd. Con. liti.eMiyo.;.:hCity Council S.R.P.No.7,Unit No.2 . Gentlemen: It is agreed by the undersigned,being the Contractor constructing the pile and timber bulkhead on Norton AVe.Ext.that in consideration of the Material in bid be reduoed by leaving off the roofing paper underneath the 124"batons the payment due on the contract be reduced by the following lump sum,Seventy-four Dollars and Sixty cents(574.00) • Youra ttuly, (Saeaet)Also Tho '"' Hon.Mayor&Cite 10000il Everett,Mash.
