Carried unanimously. <br /> Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams that Treasurer be authorized <br /> to sell to Chan.T.Haas and Peter A.Schwabe Lots 12&13 Elk 614 Rockers 1st Plat <br /> for$41.82 full amount of LID in cash,subject to all unpaid general taxes,provid- <br /> ing proper settlement is arranged,for payment of General taxes to the Snohomish <br /> County Treasurer.
