BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY 00240I1 OF THE CITY OF EVERuETT: 1110 the water arrears payroll of August 20th,1939,having been audit d,be,and the same is hereby approved and ordered paid,and the City Clerk end the Commissioner of Finance are hereby authoris- ed end directed to issue warrants on the proper fund in payment thereof in the amount of 8470.27, Carried umn0mouely Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams to adopt Resolution No. 4533 as follows: ^ RESOLUTIO'1 N0.4533. 50000000,the street car mils are being removed from Broadway,between California and HewittAvenue and from Pao1Y10 Ave.to 41st St.and it becomes necessary to repave this center strip, NOW TH1REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Erd100 T: That the existing pavement formerly occupied by street oar tracks be removed by day labor and the place filled in with Bituminous Plent,Mnx, 1 said Bituminous Mix being done by contract,all posts to be paid from gas tax funds under provisions of Chapter 187,Session Laws of 19371.
