Minutes of December 20th,1939 read and approved. Moved by Edwards,seconded by R'i111ams to transfer$3,55480 from City 3tre01 Railway Fund to City Street Fund,balance left in Railway Fund after ell bill ere paiq and issue council order. Carried. Moved by Williams,seconded by Edwards to allow claim of B.A.Moe for ,ork done for Police Dept.,8 days at$5.00 per day,$40.00. Carried. Il Moved by Williams, seconded by Edwards to mail letter to all gasoline companies as follows: Carried.
