<br /> in the Superior Court of the State of Washington,in and for the
<br /> booby of Snohomish,on the 8th day of March,1940,in proceedings
<br /> to foreclose local improvement assessment liens upon real property; li

<br /> beet Interact of the said City that the said City give a Quit Claim
<br /> Deed of the said reel property to VERL PRIDDY.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT,
<br /> WASHINGTON:
<br /> That in reutrn for the conslderetionabove set forth,the Mayor end the
<br /> City Clerk ere hereby authorized and directed to issue a Quit Claim
<br /> Deed,transferring the interest of EVERET0,a municipal oorporatlon,
