Hs • boded by Edwards,seconded by Williams,to teeoe Council Order to City ' Treasurer for issuance of Colt Claim Deed to C.r.Melby on Description 19&19A. Carried unanimously. Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards to give permission to Signal Cil Co for cutting curb in front of Lots#3&2 on Hewitt Ave.between Walnut&Maple Sts. Carried unanimously. Moved by Williams,seconded by Edwards that the c_lalm of the Eagle Signal Corp.in the amount of$160.35 be allowed and ordered paid.Carried unanimously. Moved by Edwards,seconded by Williams,that Surdice Heiret be given per- mieeion to hasp a sign et 1017 Hewitt subject to inepeOtlon and approval of the Inspection Department. Carried unanimously. Moved by Spencer, seconded by Edwards that the City Clerk be instructed to write the P.S.P.&Light Co.to remove pole end light at intereection of 22nd and Norton. Carried unanimously. Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards to grant American Legion permission to place banners et 41st end Rucker,19th end Broadway and on Hewitt between Colby and Hoyt Avenues.
