Carries. <br /> Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams,to adopt Resolution No.4829 as <br /> follows: a RESOLUTION No.4829. <br /> WHEREAS,the lit;of Everett did obtain from Snohomish County a <br /> certain tract of land described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> North West corner of Walnut Street end Everett Avenue,th Northerly <br /> along the West margin of Walnut Street for a distance of 403 feet, <br /> point of beginning; Nene continuing North on the same straight �. <br /> line for 132 feet,th West 120 feet,th South 132 feet,Si Beat 120 <br /> feet,point of beginning,and <br /> WHEREAS the City of Everett Seisree that the South 57 feet of the <br /> aforesaid tract be used for street purposes, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT: That <br /> the South 57 feet of the foregoing description be deeded to the publlo <br /> for street purposes. <br /> Dated at Everett,Wash.May 19,1942.
