iii 4000ST 27,1942 The Regular Administrative Session of the City 0101009 was held at 10 A.M. August 27,1942,Meyer Spender in the chair,Commissioner Williams present end Commissioner Edwards absent at roll call. Minutes of August 25,1942 reed and approved. .It was moved by Williams,seconded by Spencer to adopt Resolution No.4855. RESOLUTION 4855 THAT WHEREAS,NICK 501535CK(successor in interest Of the redemptioner, Henley Holton),has paid to the City Treasurer the num necessary to withdrew from the local improvement foreclosure proceedings and equal to at least one year s of delinquent assessments,plus interest,penalty,coats and fees required bystatute,upon the property hereinafter described;and WHEREAS,the hereinafter described property was included in a judgment enter- ed in favor of Everett,a municipal corporation,in the Superior Court of the State of Washington,in and for the County of Snohomish,on the 30th day of April, 1942,in proceedings to foreclose local SmproVement assessment lien upon reel property;and WHEREAS,the City Council is willing to and considers it for the best inter- est of the said City that the said City give a quit claim deed of said real prop- arty to N1ok Rudebeck(Successor in interest of the redemptioner,Henley Holten). NOW,THEREFORE,IT IB HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett,Wash- ington. That in return for.the.consideration above set forth,the Mayor and the City •. Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue a quit claim deed,transferring the interest of Everett,a municipal corporation to the reel property hereinafter described to the grantee,es follows,to-wit; To Nick Rudebenk,the Beginning 585.87 feet South of Southeast ,9 Grantee corner of Lot 19,Block 219,Bailers Addition;thence South along the West Property Line of Oakes Avenue produced 42.88 feet;thence West 120 feet;thence North 42.88 feet;thence East 120 feet': to point of beginning,situate in the 19 County of Snohomish,State of Washington -- Motion Carried. It was moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams to make counter offer to Lee Douglas for lots 28-29-30-31&32,Block 413-St.Nicholas Addition,and ).F lots 17&18,Block 45-St.Nicholas Addition for$150.00.
