The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at CO AM, August 17th,1945,Mayor Arends presiding,Costalseioners Onselman Tres..end Sohnson absent at roll.11. minutes of August 14.,1945 read and approved. --- PETITIONS for the improvement or 26th Street from Hoyt to Colby and for 26th St.from Rucker to Hoyt Ave.were received. Petitions were held pending com- pletion of plena for post war street improvement projects. --- Moved by Unzelman,seconded by Arends,to approve Delicatessen License for 0.T.Erickson,4023 Colby... Carried. --- Moved by Uneelmen,eeoonded by Aran.,to les.Council Order to transfer $3,033.95 from the Water System Fund to the Special Revenue No.5 Interest Fund. Carried. --- Moved by breeds,seoonded by Unzelman,to adopt Resolution No.5065 as follows: " RESOLUTION No.5065.
